### **#2 기본 주문 정보 기입**

* :one: **픽업시간 설정**
  * **호출을 희망하는 시간**을 설정할 수 있습니다.
    * '<mark style="color:red;">`지금`</mark>'을 선택하면 신청 즉시 호출이 진행됩니다.(=ASAP)
* :two:**출발지 정보**
  * **출발지 정보**를 입력합니다.
    * 기본 주소지가 **자동**으로 기입됩니다.
      * '<mark style="color:red;">**`주소 수정하기`**</mark>'를 통해 수정할 수 있습니다.
* :three: **도착지 정보**
  * **도착지 정보**를 입력합니다.

**이미 퀵서비스를 요청했는데, '취소' 해야 한다면?**

* 아직 퀵  서비스 접수가 진행되지 않았다면, '**관리자 계정**'으로 취소할 수 있습니다.
  * **위치 : 퀵서비스 주문 내역 조회 > 주문상세 > '퀵서비스 요청 취소'**

* 퀵 서비스 접수가 진행된 상태라면, '**직접 카카오T 고객센터에 연락**'하여 취소해야 합니다.
  * 본인 확인을 위해 '꼭' 직접 취소 처리를 해야 하는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.(업무마켓9 취소처리 불가)
  * <mark style="color:red;">**배달 기사님이 연결된 이후에는 '취소 수수료'가 발생할 수 있습니다.**</mark>
* 카카오T 고객센터 : <mark style="color:blue;">1599-9400 > 3번(카카오퀵)</mark>
  * 필요정보 : 주문번호, 호출일시, ★출발지 연락처 동일 번호 연락 등
    * <mark style="color:purple;">본인 확인을 위해 '꼭'</mark> <mark style="color:purple;"></mark><mark style="color:purple;">**출발지 정보로 입력한 연락처와 동일한 번호로 취소 요청을 진행**</mark><mark style="color:purple;">해야 합니다.</mark>

  * **물품 크기(초소형 \~ 대형)를 설정해주세요.**
    * **초소형 \~ 중형**까지는 '<mark style="color:blue;">**`오토바이, 자동차`**</mark>'로 운영됩니다.
    * **대형** 이상은 '<mark style="color:blue;">**`트럭`**</mark>'으로 운행됩니다.
* :two: **세부 옵션 선택**
  * 긴급도에 따라 옵션을 선택할 수 있습니다.
    * **퀵**(긴급도 : ★★★☆☆)
      * **'퀵'**&#xC740; 가까운 거리에 있는 여러 퀵배달 주문 건들을 한 번에 배달하는 시스템입니다.
    * **퀵 급송**(긴급도 : ★★★★★)
      * **'퀵 급송'**&#xC740; 일반 퀵서비스와 달리 해당 배송품 하나만을 다이렉트로 배송한다는 것을 의미합니다. 즉, 일반퀵과 비교해 더 빠른 시간 안에 퀵배송을 수행합니다.
    * **퀵 이코노미**(긴급도 : ★☆☆☆☆)
      * **'퀵 이코노미'**&#xB294; 택배보다 빠르고 기존 퀵보다 저렴한 반나절 배송 서비스입니다. 급하지 않고 반나절 내에만 도착해도 된다면 이코노미 상품이 경제적입니다.
  * 옵션에 따라 금액이 달라요!
  * '<mark style="color:red;">**`안전배송`**</mark>'을 선택하면 '<mark style="color:blue;">**자동차**</mark>'로 안전한 배송을 진행할 수 있습니다.
* :three: **기사님 전달사항**
  * 기사님께 **전달드릴 메시지를 선택 또는 기입**해주세요.
    * 해당 메시지는  배송 기사님께 직접 전달됩니다.
